Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund. This applies to all UK and international orders.

To be eligible for a return & refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please see the 'Refunds' section below for details on how your refund is processed.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, please contact me at info@mikegreenillustration.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Mike Green Illustration, Flat 1, 13 Avonmore Road, London, W14 8RP. The customer must pay the required postage charge to ensure the item reaches the address above.

 

Issues with your item
If there is anything not quite right with your purchase please get in touch info@mikegreenillustration.com.

 

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your purchase for another item of the same purchase value, contact me at info@mikegreenillustration.com requesting an exchange with your order details. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be returned to me within 30 days after you received them and be in their original condition and undamaged. Once I receive the item(s) and approve their condition, I can exchange for another product(s) of the same purchase value. Unfortunately I cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
