Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email once your order is on its way. A delivery estimate time will be shown at checkout.

 

UK delivery times

Standard shipping orders are sent 2nd class or tracked 48 for larger items. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2-4 working days.

Express shipping orders are posted 1st class or tracked 24 for larger items. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1-2 working days.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days after ordering, please get in touch so I can look into this as quickly as possible.

 

International delivery times

All orders are sent international tracked with Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is within 6-7 working days.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days after ordering, please get in touch so I can look into this as quickly as possible.

 

Customs duties and taxes

For orders from outside the UK, import duties and taxes for the destination country are not included in the order cost, so you may be charged additional costs by your local authority. Mike Green Illustration is not responsible for these costs.
