A print of my painting of the view from the top of Stanage Edge in the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire.

Looking west from here, you get a beautiful view across the valley towards Hope Valley, the town of Bamford and Bamford edge in the distance. I painted the scene with some crisp midday sun to bring out the greens of the fields and yellows, reds and pinks of the heather on the ridge. It was great to paint another rural scene after my first Peak District painting (Mam Tor), making an enjoyable change (and challenge) from my usual urban subjects

I've added some of the birds you can find in the park, perched on the rocks, with a rock pipet, dunnocks, pied wagtail and a few tree sparrows.

Prints are sealed in a biodegradable cello bag made from 100% PLA and packed with stiff backing boards to make sure it arrives in perfect condition 🥳

Fine Art Paper

Printed on white cotton 300gsm acid-free archival museum quality paper with a matte finish. This paper gives the best possible print quality. I sign these in pencil.

A4 - 21cm x 29.7cm / 8.27 x 11.7in

A3 - 29.7cm x 42cm / 11.7 x 16.5in

All prints come in a cello bag between protective boards
I sign all Fine Art Paper prints in pencil (Matte Paper prints have a printed signature)

If you have not received a UK order within 10 working or non-UK with 15 days after ordering, please get in touch so I can look into this as quickly as possible.

For non-UK orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mike Green Illustration is not responsible for delays due to customs. All non-UK orders are posted with tracking.

Currently I can ship to the UK and the USA, if you want delivery to another country please see my Etsy store.
