Victoria Park Chinese Pagoda, London Greetings Card
Victoria Park Chinese Pagoda, London Greetings Card
A greetings card with my illustration of Victoria Parks Chinese pagoda in London.
I wanted to capture the pagoda, lake and pavilion in this piece so had to pick just the right angle from the bridge (and a little readjustment of some bushes 🙂).Â
Victoria Park in east London Tower of Hamlets borough is the oldest public park in London, opened in 1845. The Chinese pagoda sits on an island on west boating lake. The original Pagoda was moved to Victoria park from Hyde Park in 1842 but was demolished in the 1950's. The current one was built in 2010 to replicate the original.
Send a note or greeting to someone special in this beautifully printed card.
Each card comes with a premium kraft envelope made from recycled paper.
Designed in my London studio and handmade in England
