A print of my illustration of Westminster Abbey church in London's City of Westminster. A colourful print of a London landmark, perfect as a gift, souvenir or memento.

Architecturally the church is quite complicated to draw unless you represent it from one side as I did here. The aim of my landmark series of paintings is to find a simple way to represent them whilst capturing the character that makes each one unique and recognisable, so painting it from the front helped a lot, focusing on its silhouette and showing some of its gothic details. I used some late summer light to warm the colour of the church and used a turning tree to add a splash of orange complimenting the blues and pinks.

Westminster Abbey has been the site of every coronation in Britain since William the Conqueror in 1066 and had been a UNESCO world heritage site since 1987.

If you have not received a UK order within 10 working or non-UK with 15 days after ordering, please get in touch so I can look into this as quickly as possible.

For non-UK orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply at the destination country. US orders will be posted with postal delivery duties paid (PDDP). Mike Green Illustration is not responsible for delays due to customs. All non-UK orders are posted with tracking.

All my artwork is hand-drawn by myself and all writing is by me, I never use AI for any creative process, for me it would completely defeat the purpose and result.
